I have been a tenant here since May 22 and I love it. Friendly business centre, plenty of amenities. Would recommend it.

I attended a meeting at Darlington Business Centre recently and found the facilities to be excellent. Not only was there free parking but as it was a lovely day we were able to have coffee in the lovely garden.
Darlington Business Centre provided photocopying for me at a very competitive rate when I was let down at short notice.
I have been renting a room within Darlington Business centre for nearly 4 years now, offering massage and beauty treatments. I love being part of the centre, Beverley and her family team always go above and beyond to ensure high standards are kept within the centre and are always on hand if you need anything. Having the reception helps my business run smoothly throughout the day. With free onsite parking, kitchen facilities and the added bonus of vending machines for coffees and snacks in the large waiting area it’s a great place to work.
I have been working in an office at the Darlington Business Centre for a year and a half now and it has been brilliant. Everyone who works on reception is lovely, the meeting room is great for hosting events, and the garden at the back is beautiful. I couldn't recommend it enough!

I have been using The Hub Coworking Space at Darlington Business Centre. Superfast internet and great facilities all at a very cost effective rate – I will be back.
We have used the Meeting Rooms at Darlington Business Centre on a number of occasions for mandatory training sessions. We booked the Earlston Room which has plenty of natural light and easy access to the lovely outdoor space. Juice, water and plenty of tea and coffee was provided throughout the day and a separate breakout area was available with snack vending machines. Free car parking directly at the site was a big bonus for the team and myself. We will be using the centre for all our future training sessions
I have used the business centre both personally and professionally for the past 3 years. The centre is professionally run by a friendly team of staff. You are welcomed upon entry with a kind face and guided to the immaculate waiting area with vending facilities to use. The centre hosts a number of businesses which are ID checked and professional in their own right. Within the centre all business's get along and welcome you with open arms. The environment is a pleasure to work in and the car parking makes the experience even more satisfying.
