I would drive past 181 Coniscliffe Road most days and was sad to see this previously grand family home mothballed and beginning to decline. When the opportunity arose to purchase it my Husband and I seized it with both hands.
Twelve months of hands on restoration followed before Darlington Business Centre as we know it today was born. It is so good to see the building being put to good use and encouraging local businesses to remain close to the town centre.
