Having undertaken several refurbishment / conversions this beautiful building was crying out to be sympathetically restored. I believe we have created a functional space but not to the determinant of the building’s historic roots. I ensure that everything is working as it should and realise the importance of responding to our tenants repair requests expediently. I would drive past 181 Coniscliffe Road most days and was sad to see this previously grand family home mothballed and beginning to decline. When the opportunity arose to purchase it my Husband and I seized it with both hands. Twelve months of hands on restoration followed before Darlington Business Centre as we know it today was born.
